You know this is similar to our realtionship with God. We often say "why do you make us go through hard times like broken hearts, sickness, and death?" But just like us as parents, he knows that these trials help prepare and develop us into His good children. I thank God that he has not sheltered me from pain and rejection and I hope that through His will I will use what he has made my journey to help other people especially my sweet children.

Oh my! I totally wanted to cry too while reading this. Bless her sweet heart! That little boy just doesn't know what he's missing. Yeah, unfortunately we have all been down that road. Ugh! I'm sure she will forget all about it and move on to something else! All girls knows what heals a broken heart - ICE CREAM! LOL! I think you are a great Mom! Keep up the good parenting! Luv ya!

I can't imagine how you felt, I mean my kids run from girls, they have cooties! I totally agree with you, God does everything for a reason, and when I look back over my life I can see that all the things that hurt me, made me a stronger person, and who I am today.
